Dear Heatherlea Board:
As you know, both Shenandoah Landscaping and Klingbiel, Powell and Altruz have breached their contracts with the Association.
At the October 7, 2013 Board meeting, would you please explain what you intend to do about these breaches?
Would you also explain your choice to incur legal expenses related to the internal complaint I filed and exactly how much of the Association monies you used?
Would you also justify your decision in April 2013 to write off approximately $11,000 in delinquent Association dues and why you allowed the delinquencies to accrue so high?
